Author Guidelines

Types of Manuscripts

The journal accepts the following types of manuscripts:

  • Research articles

  • Systematic reviews

  • Methodological studies

  • Case reports with epidemiological or clinical relevance

Article Format

Manuscripts must comply with the following format:

  • Written in Indonesian or English

  • Structured according to the IMRaD format: Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion

  • Manuscript length of 3,000–7,000 words (excluding references)

  • Abstract of 150–200 words, written in English

  • 3–6 keywords using relevant scientific terms

  • References must follow APA Style, 7th edition

Figures and Tables

  • A maximum of 8 tables and/or figures combined

  • Minimum image resolution of 300 dpi

  • Each figure and table must include a clear and informative caption

Research Ethics

  • Ethical clearance is required for studies involving human or animal subjects

  • Studies using secondary data must clearly state the data source

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
